Amy McKee

Partner/ Founder

Amy has 30+ years of executive search experience across both agency and corporate environments, with a proven track record of building awesome teams for technology and CPG companies. As one of the first recruiting hires at Autodesk, she created a global recruiting structure and process from the ground up, hiring and leading a global team of more than 85 people. During her tenure, Autodesk grew from 1,000 to over 10,000 employees, which is a testament to her ability to scale organizations with the right leadership.

Known for being honest, curious, and creative, Amy approaches every search with a mix of strategy, insight and energy.

Outside of work, she’s happiest outdoors: traveling, skiing, playing tennis, hiking, walking on the beach, or catching a Pilates class. A self-proclaimed nature junkie, she splits her time between San Francisco, CA, and Sydney, Australia, with her Aussie husband and their four daughters. She’s currently dog-free due to her travel schedule, but will happily volunteer as a dog sitter!

Scott Morrison

Partner

Scotty is a passionate and committed executive search leader with deep experience building and delivering results-based high-performing teams for growth-focused, global SaaS companies including almost a decade at Salesforce (during its growth from 1,000 employees to 10,000 employees), Workday, Autodesk, and most recently Copado, a mid-stage $100M ARR SaaS company in the Insight Venture Portfolio and Salesforce ecosystem. He has successfully driven searches across a number of global GTM roles across all levels (CRO, SVP of Sales, SVP of Services, Chief Business Officer, CMO, GM/India). He also has expertise in placing executive-level talent in G&A roles (Chief Legal Officer, VP/Controller). As a recruiting practitioner who, like Amy and Brenda, has been in the recruiting “weeds” for 25+ years, has had and earned the “big seat at the table” and is a trusted advisor to business leaders and the many Execs he has placed in the past 10 years.

Scotty is authentic, relentless and creative. In his spare time, he also enjoys traveling, surfing, yoga, Ironman triathlons and cooking with reckless abandonment. He lives in North County San Diego (and on the road as part of #vanlife) with his wife and their chocolate lab Frances.

Brenda Barnes

Partner

Brenda has a distinguished career in Executive Search and Talent Acquisition Leadership. Known for her deep recruiting insights coupled with her relentless energy, she has recruited for multiple engineering teams at Apple, Adobe, Autodesk, and other industry technology leaders. During her career, she has expanded her search expertise and has also driven recruitment transformations for a number of market-leading organizations spanning from technology startups to established giants, and branched into multiple sectors including gaming, consumer goods, healthcare, and retail. Her expertise includes executive search for positions at every level, from VP roles, CxO positions, to Board of Directors members.

Outside of work, Brenda’s passion is being outdoors, with a love of swimming and cycling. In addition, on most weekends, her adventurous spirit takes the wheel, quite literally, as she can be found navigating her race car through local and national autocross events.
